1.Charge the device by USB-C. VOOPOO specifies 5V/2A charging and rates a full charge at about 45 minutes under its test conditions.
2.Open the top-fill seal on the 3.5mL US cartridge, add e-liquid, close the seal fully, and allow the wick to saturate according to the instructions.
